Our service level commitment to you is to ship your order within 3 business days of your purchase. The actual delivery date will depend upon the carrier’s service levels and your location. Expedited shipping requests must be placed by 12:30 CST Monday-Friday to be shipped on the day of order; otherwise they will go out the next business day.
We only ship to address located within the United States of America. We currently ship all items via the United States Postal or UPS. The delivery method options available to you will depend upon the weight of your shipment. USPS will only deliver First Class packages if they are less than 1 pound.
Expected Delivery Estimate is an estimate. Our system utilizes the USPS and UPS systems to calculate the amount of time it will take for your package to be delivered. This is the actual transit time of the delivery and provided as a convenience for you. However, we DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery for non-expedited shipping services.
We reserve the right to change the method of shipping so long as it does not affect the service level originally purchased. Promotional shipping offers are valid for a single order only and do not apply to multiple shipping addresses for a single order.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds are for merchandise value only and will be credited to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days upon receipt of product. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Sale items and items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable.
Please note that we are happy to replace faulty merchandise, but we however cannot exchange items. If you prefer a different product, just return the unwanted merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
If the item you received was damaged or incorrect, we will email you a prepaid postage return label. If you are returning an item that is not damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. It is in your best interest to use a shipping method that will provide you with tracking information.
