Motivation When You Want to Quit
There are always moments we want to quit. Whether we’re dealing with disappointment, are overwhelmed, or facing fear, there’s usually a lingering thought that things would be better if we just walked away. Quitting may be the more comfortable option, but perseverance and the ability to finish strong will yield amazing results in your life. Here’s a list of ways to stay motivated when you want to quit.
1. Write Down Your Why
You began for a reason. It’s easy to lose sight of why you started when you’re in the thick of things. Take some time to think about and write down what made you start and use it as motivation when you want to quit. Holding onto your why will help you finish strong!
2. Study Who Inspires You
Who are the people you look up to? Who inspires you? Chances are, they’ve had to overcome a lot of obstacles to get where they are. Whenever you feel like quitting, think about the amazing stories of people who didn’t give up. They wouldn’t be where they are today if they stopped when things were tough!

It can be challenging to hold yourself accountable when you feel like quitting. Finding someone or even a group of people who are willing to help is a great way to stay motivated!
